A new front page, and a Blue tracker menu
The Codex front page now opens with search and all nine classes, then your first dungeons and the raids with their artwork, under a slim countdown bar.
The front page of the Codex is new. You can search or pick your class the moment it loads, and the first dungeons a new character runs are right below, each with its artwork. The launch countdown and the latest blue posts moved off it and up into the bar at the top.
Search and your class first
The page opens with two panels side by side. On the left is the search box, with a few searches to try. On the right are all nine classes: click Priest and you are on the priest's class page, with its changes in Forever, races, talents and spellbook.
Your first dungeons, then the raids
Under the search comes a row of the six lowest-level dungeons, the ones a new character starts with. Each card has the dungeon's artwork and level range, and the dungeons Forever added carry a Forever badge. The raids follow, again with their artwork: Forever's own Barrow Deeps and Hyjal Summit, and Onyxia's Lair.

The dungeon level chart has left the front page. If you want every dungeon by level, the Dungeons page still lists them that way.
An icon for every tool
Further down, each tool on the front page now has its own icon: a book for the classes, a map for the companion. The Leveling companion card also works as a button: click it and the companion opens, the same as the Companion button in the top bar.

A slim bar across the top
The launch countdown used to be a card on the front page. Now it sits in a slim bar across the top of every page, next to the new language picker. The picker is a globe: it switches the whole site to German, French or Spanish, which arrived in the same release.
What's new, now the latest blog posts
The new page had a What's new section, so you could see at a glance what had been added to the Codex since your last visit. On 30 September this blog replaced the Updates page, and that section became Latest blog posts: it shows the newest posts, guides as well as release notes like this one.
The Blue tracker menu
The latest blue posts used to sit on the front page. With this release they moved into the Blue tracker in the top bar, which became a menu: pointing at it showed the five latest Blizzard posts, and clicking it opened the full tracker.
That menu lasted two days. On 30 September the Blue tracker left the top bar to make room for the Blog, and it is now a link in the footer, with Blizzard's logo next to it. The full tracker is where it was.
