The Codex now has sets! Includes the new Rotmender's Raiment set!
A new Sets section lists all 182 item sets in Forever, filtered by class, each with its bonuses and where every piece comes from, Rotmender's Raiment included.
The Codex has a Sets section. It lists all 182 item sets in Forever, highest item level first, and every set has a page with its bonuses and each of its pieces, with the boss that drops it or the quest that rewards it. So before you farm a set, you can check what its bonuses do and which of its pieces anyone has found a source for.

Rotmender's Raiment
One of the sets is new in Forever. Rotmender's Raiment is a five-piece cloth set at item level 24 that asks for level 19, and it has no class limit. It is the lowest-level cloth set on the list: only Defias Leather and Embrace of the Viper, both leather, sit below it.
Its four bonuses come in at two, three, four and five pieces: +10 Intellect, 5% less threat, 600 mana over 15 seconds when your mana falls below 15% (once every five minutes), and a chance for your healing spells to apply Rotmending, which restores 40 health every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
Two of the pieces have a known source, both in the new dungeon Ruins of Lordaeron: Rotmender's Leggings drop from The Abandoned and Rotmender's Treads from Rath'mael. Where the Robes, Gloves and Sash come from is not known yet.
Filter the list by class
Pick your class above the list to see only the sets it would wear. Each class shows how many that is: shamans have the most with 39, mages and warlocks the fewest with 26. A set with no class limit counts for every class that wears its armor, so Rotmender's Raiment shows up for priests, mages and warlocks.

The new Sets menu in the top bar has the same counts. Point at it and click a class to open the list already filtered to that class.

Every piece and where it comes from
A set's page lists its bonuses next to its pieces. Each piece shows its slot, item level and required level, and where it comes from: the boss that drops it, with the dungeon or raid, or the quest that rewards it.
A piece whose source no one has recorded yet is marked Not known yet, and we fill it in once it is found. That is most of them for now: 91 of the 1,019 pieces have a known source, and only five sets have one for every piece.
Sets in search
Search finds sets too. Type a set's name and picking it opens its page. When sets arrived, picking a set piece that no boss drops opened the set's page on that piece's row. Since 30 September every item has a page of its own, and search opens that page instead.
